Joanne Ovenden CPA CA, is the lead accountant of the team.  With over 30 years of experience, she enjoys meeting and getting to know our clients.  It is through this interaction that genuine partnerships are built.

Theresia Ball has over 10 years experience, working with Joanne.  She is responsible for the bookkeeping of clients in a wide range of sectors.  She is experienced in supporting clients with their interactions with the CRA and onboarding clients, especially those new to using bookkeeping services.

Sue-Lin is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) with over fifteen years of experience in municipal and First Nation management. She has served in the roles of Director of Finance and Chief Administrative Officer. Sue-Lin delivers training on financial fluency, strategic planning, and policy development to Councils and senior management.

Gy Ovenden PhD., is our small business and tax specialist and has been with the team since 2010.  His main focus is personal and business taxes, although in addition, he is responsible for all Corporate Maintenance filing.

Aman Dhanoa has a Masters degree in Computer Science.  She has worked with the team since 2018.  She is Certified as a Professional Bookkeeper and is a Payroll Compliance Professional.  Aman also specializes in Corporate yearends and the associated tax filing.

​Tekahra has strong administrative and organizational skills. She previously worked as a legal administrative assistant. Tekahra specializes in drafting, reviewing, and preparing professional documents and agreements , and provides broad administrative support to professionals.
